Features: 

This is a good quality car radio coax cable lead adapter that has both ends (Radio/Head unit end and aerial antenna end) fitted with a female DIN 41585 socket connector. It allows after-market replacement aerial antennas to be used to replace Original Equipment (OE) aerial antennas on those cars that have a Male plug connection on the aerial antenna end of the coax cable lead. This arrangement though unusual, was used on a few models by Mazda, Nissan and some other car manufacturers.
